Microsoft’s Vista operating system compatibility with Universal Remote Control, Inc. products
(including MX-3000 and MX-950)
Microsoft Windows Vista is the new operating system for personal computers. Vista is expected to provide more features and better protection for PCs. Windows Vista introduces a new method for device synchronization called Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC).
Like many other popular products (including certain PDAs, smartphones and other mobile devices) at the present time you cannot program the MX-3000 or MX-950 by running our programming software on a computer that uses Vista.
However, we are working on a solution and will release Vista compatible software as soon as possible.
